Frequently Asked Questions
How does LazyInsight work?
LazyInsight connects to your Shopify store and automatically detects abandoned checkouts. It then sends personalized emails to customers with their cart contents and a direct link to complete their purchase.
Already sending recovery emails with Shopify or another app?
Review your existing recovery automations before activating LazyInsight. Coordinate or pause overlapping sequences so customers do not receive duplicate reminders. LazyInsight does not automatically disable another app’s emails.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan includes 500 active contacts, 2,000 emails per month, and 3 workflows. Growth and Pro include unlimited workflows and a custom sending domain.
Which address sends my emails?
Free and Starter use the LazyInsight sending domain. Growth and Pro support your own domain after verification. Review the sender name and reply-to address in Settings before sending.
How are 'active contacts' counted?
An active contact must be (a) subscribed with marketing consent, (b) not unsubscribed, and (c) not hard-bounced. Unsubscribed or bounced contacts stop counting immediately and do not affect your tier.
Can I customize the emails?
All plans support editable templates and multi-step workflows. The number of workflows and saved templates depends on your plan.
